Welcome to SpaceIMS. By purchasing a digital license key, registering for a trial, or using our cloud management software web application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Service
SpaceIMS is a multi-tenant B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application. We sell digital subscription licenses that allow library owners, coaching admins, and school directors to manage logs of books, seats, shift timings, student registrations, attendance, and collected fees.
2. Automated Provisioning & Subdomains
Upon trial signup approval, the Service automatically provisions a dedicated, physically isolated database for your workspace and maps your routing configuration to a custom subdomain (e.g. `yourname.spaceims.in`). You agree to use this subdomain responsibly.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Our subscription renewals are purchased manually:
- Renewals are processed securely via Razorpay in our Checkout portal.
- We perform database setups and remote staff onboarding training completely free of setup charges.
- We do not support auto-debit payments or lock-in contracts.
4. User Account Safety
You are responsible for keeping your administrator settings, staff passwords, and database access logs secure. SpaceIMS reserves the right to terminate access if a license key or subdomain is shared across unauthorized third-party institutions.
5. Complete Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the student details, fee records, library books, and attendance registers entered into your workspace database. We do not sell or share your database inputs. Automated daily backups are maintained to prevent data loss.
6. Jurisdiction
Any disputes related to SpaceIMS services will be governed by the laws of India and resolved under the jurisdiction of Muzaffarpur courts.
